Our pillows are made of pure cotton or cotton-jersey blend fabrics. They are filled with anti-allergenic polyester threads, so-called polyester wool to give you the ultimate softness and always retain its shape.
All of our pillows are machine-washable. Simply add your pillow to the washing machine and wash it on a regular cycle as your clothing, on a low temperature setting, max 40°C. Don't use bleach or any chemicals directly on the fabric as it might fade the color.
After taking the pillow out of the washing machine, give it a good squeeze to drain any excess water and shape it a bit with your hands before drying it laid flat. Avoid hanging the wet pillow as the weight of the water might stretch the fabric and distort the shape. We recommend drying the pillow laying flat.
Our pillows are produced in the European Union, in Croatia, by adults. We do not employ or condone child labor.
We don't have a physical store at the moment, we are selling only online. A physical store might happen in the future, we have plans of expanding over time.
Yes! It is possible to order a custom design, depending on our availability and resources. If we have the fabric of your choice and agree on a design, we may create a pillow of your dreams. The shipping time greatly relies on the courier companies that are handling your order. We aim to ship out all orders the next day after they've been placed, however we don't have any control over further handling times once the courier takes it over from us.
Shipping to Europe usually takes 5 business days, and shipping outside of Europe might take a week or up to 14 days. You will be provided with a tracking number to follow the delivery progress of your shipment. We appreciate your patience.
If your package doesn't arrive within 14 days after you've placed the order, please contact us and we'll help you resolve the matter or get in touch with the courier company that was handling it.

We don't accept returns unless the item arrived heavily damaged and is unusable. In that case, we will offer you a replacement item of the same value (shipped at our cost) or issue the full amount to a gift card value for your future use after concluding the investigation with the courier company that carried your shipment.

In an unlikely case that you receive a damaged package, please take photos or video of it from the moment you received it and while opening it. If the packaging is damaged, but the item is intact, that is the courier's fault for handling it with less care. Unfortunate, but can happen quite often.
If the item is slightly damaged after removing it from its outer packaging, please take several close up photos and email us at support@cushyhome.co to inspect it further. We will rectify the situation if justified, after concluding the investigation with the courier company that carried your shipment.
If the item arrived heavily damaged and is unusable, we will offer you a replacement item of the same value (shipped at our cost) or issue the full amount to a gift card value for your future use. We will rectify the situation for you and open an investigation with the courier company that carried your shipment.
Please note, the window to report damaged item(s) is max. 14 days after receiving it, as per the delivery date confirmed by the courier company. All reports after that period will not be taken into consideration. Thank you for your understanding.
You can pack your pillow as you would pack your clothing when moving houses, using clothing bags, vacuum bags or similar. After unpacking it again, we'd recommend washing it in the washing machine to refresh it.
Yes, we do! You can purchase as many gift cards for your loved ones as you want. You can purchase a gift card here and select the amount you want to add to it. You can select for it to be sent to the recipient directly (via email), or sent to you so you can download it yourself and print, if you want to give them a physical gift card as a present.
Validity of each gift card is 1 year from the date of purchase, it will be mentioned on the card. A gift card cannot be used after the validity date, and cannot be exchanged for money under no circumstances.
A gift card should be used in one purchase, it can't be split into multiple purchases at the checkout. Meaning, if you use your gift card code once, and you don't use the entire amount assigned to it, the rest of the amount will become void and it won't be possible to use the same gift card code again.
