1. Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after receiving your payment.
2. Shipping methods & costs
We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs and budget. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the available shipping options and estimated costs during checkout.
3. International shipping
We are happy to ship our products internationally. Please be aware that international shipping times can vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs office. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are typically collected upon delivery.
4. Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. You can track your order online through the shipping carrier's website.
5. Delivery estimates

Domestic Orders: We aim to deliver domestic orders within 5 business days after shipment. This is an estimate and may vary depending on your location.
- International Orders: International delivery times can vary greatly depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Generally, international orders are delivered within 10 business days, but this timeframe can be longer.
6. Risk of loss
All items purchased on our website are pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items lies on you upon our delivery to the carrier.
7. Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged:
Please take photos/videos of the packaging before unpacking it and contact us immediately. Having a proof of damage helps us file a complaint with the courier company.- If solely the packaging is damaged, yet the contents of the order are intact, no need to report this as we will not be able to file a case with the courier. It's unfortunate, yet happens often that packaging gets squished, torn or slightly damaged during transport.
- If the contents within the packaging are damaged due to the courier's negligence and mismanagement of the delivery, please contact us with the photo/video evidence so we can file a complaint and get reimbursement for the damage. We will offer a replacement item to you (of the same value as your purchase) as compensation.

If your package gets lost:
Please report this to us after the expected shipping period expires (5 business days for EU shipments, 10 business days for international shipments). Include the order number and tracking number in your email and contact us at support@cushyhome.co.
In either case, we will open a case with the courier and work with them on locating your order. Replacement or refund options will depend on the outcome of the investigation. Your patience and understanding is appreciated, these cases might take several weeks sometimes.

8. Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges and refund of this order won't be possible.

We reserve the right to modify our Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
